The All City Chess Club started a few years back and has flourished with excitement for any kids interested in 3rd-5th grade. This club meets almost every Wednesday after school to learn new skills and techniques in the game of chess. Dave Kerkhove and the Yoder family volunteer to run this after-school club each week. Dave is an excellent chess player himself and the kids love to challenge him. This past week they awarded the trophies and medals to the tournament winners (see below) and to those who successfully passed David's Chess Club final exam. Congrats!
